The quiet signs your body needs a hand.
Your neck is sore by 3pm, every workday
You wake up stiffer than you went to bed
Headaches start at the base of your skull
You haven't sat comfortably in months
Your lower back "goes out" every spring
You stopped running because of one knee
Meet Dr. Noor
Hi, I'm Dr. Noor.
I help desk-bound, sore and stuck people move without bracing for it.
Most people who find us have tried stretching videos, a new pillow and a lot of ibuprofen. The pain keeps coming back because nobody looked at why it started.
So we start there. A real conversation, a careful exam, gentle hands-on care, and a few moves you'll actually do at home.
Doctor of Chiropractic · Licensed in Washington since 2011 · Prenatal and dry-needling certified

About
It started with my own headaches.
Ten hours a day at a design desk gave me a headache that stayed for three years. A patient, careful chiropractor fixed what painkillers couldn't.
I changed careers at thirty and opened Sorrel in Fairhaven in 2012, to be that person for other people. Fourteen years on, the rule is the same: listen first, then go gently.
How we work
Four promises we keep.
We listen before we touch
Every first visit starts with twenty minutes of talking: what hurts, when, and what you want back.
Gentle by default
Low-force techniques whenever you prefer. Nothing happens without your okay.
A plan with an end date
You'll know how many visits we expect and what each costs before you commit.
Homework that fits your day
Two or three moves you'll actually do, never a printout of twenty.
Training
The training behind the work.
Fourteen years in practice, and the team keeps learning.

Questions
Good to know.
Do I need a referral?
No, you can book directly. A few insurance plans want one before physical therapy; we'll tell you when we check your benefits.
Do you take my insurance?
We're in network with most PPO plans and Medicare for chiropractic, bill car-accident and work-injury claims for you, and take HSA and FSA cards.
Does an adjustment hurt?
Usually not. Most people feel pressure, then relief. We use low-force techniques whenever you prefer, and nothing happens without your okay.
How many visits will I need?
Most neck and back problems settle noticeably in four to six visits. You get a written plan with an end date on day one.
Can I come in while pregnant?
Yes, in any trimester. Dr. Noor is prenatal certified and Ines does side-lying prenatal massage.
