Class schedule

Every class is coached and capped at 12. Classes are colored like competition plates: the heavier the plate, the heavier the work.

  • Strength

    25 kg plate

    Squat, press and deadlift, building over six weeks.

  • Conditioning

    20 kg plate

    Intervals on rowers, bikes and sleds.

  • Hybrid

    15 kg plate

    Half strength, half conditioning.

  • Foundations

    10 kg plate

    Learn the main lifts in a group of six. Start here.

  • Mobility

    5 kg plate

    Slow, guided positions. Good on rest days.
