Custom cakes, ordered ahead
Birthdays, weddings, a Tuesday that needs one. Order three days ahead for one tier, two weeks for two. Nut-free on request.
- Send the order slip, or call. Tell us the date, size and flavor.
- We call to confirm. Within one business day, with a 50% deposit to hold the date.
- Pick it up boxed and tied. Packed to ride home without a scratch.

Who bakes
Hana Brekke started with one sourdough starter and a stall at the Saturday market. In 2016 she took over a former bike shop on Fourth Street, put in a deck oven, and has been there at 4 a.m. ever since.
Six bakers now share the early shift. Everything in the case is made here, and whatever is left at close goes to the food bank on Twelfth Street.
